THE ROLE

Salesforce Service Cloud Business Analyst to support their front end advisor application which receives and processes customer requests.

THE INDIVIDUAL / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Facilitate refinement sessions
• Facilitate demo workshops
• Coordinate and organise the follow-up of the different topics
• Write / Complete User Stories
• Follow the progress of the topics, help prioritise and share with the dev team
